Results we're proud to put our name on.
Every engagement is different. Every result is real. Here's what we've built — and what it delivered.
Velo
How Velo tripled activation by rebuilding onboarding from scratch.
Velo came to us with a leaky funnel. New users were signing up but never activating — the onboarding flow was confusing, the payment setup was fragile, and the dashboard felt unfinished. We rebuilt the entire first-run experience and replaced their brittle payment infrastructure with a clean Stripe integration.
+340%
user growth in 6 months
60%
drop in onboarding drop-off
3x
activation rate improvement
The challenge
Velo's original onboarding was a 12-step wizard that users abandoned at step 4. Their payment flow had a 23% failure rate due to a poorly integrated third-party processor. The dashboard had no empty states, so new users landed on a blank screen with no guidance.
Our approach
We started with a full audit of the activation funnel using session recordings and drop-off data. Then we redesigned onboarding as a progressive disclosure flow — only asking for what's needed at each step. We replaced the payment processor with a direct Stripe integration and built a guided dashboard with contextual empty states and inline tooltips.
The outcome
Within 6 months of launch, Velo saw a 340% increase in activated users, a 60% reduction in onboarding drop-off, and their payment failure rate dropped to under 2%. The new dashboard became their most-praised feature in user interviews.
Nomi Health
How Nomi Health unlocked enterprise contracts with a full product redesign.
Nomi Health had a solid clinical product but couldn't close enterprise deals — their UI looked dated, their API was undocumented, and procurement teams kept asking for features that were actually already there, just buried. We redesigned the product and built a new API layer that made enterprise integration straightforward.
2.4x
revenue increase
$2.1M
in new enterprise contracts
8
enterprise clients onboarded
The challenge
Nomi's product was built by clinicians, not designers. It worked, but it didn't look like it worked — enterprise buyers were skeptical. Their API was a collection of undocumented endpoints that required a week of onboarding calls to explain. Two enterprise deals had already fallen through during procurement.
Our approach
We ran a 2-week discovery sprint with Nomi's sales team to understand exactly what enterprise buyers were asking for. Then we redesigned the core product UI with a focus on trust signals and clarity, built a versioned REST API with full OpenAPI documentation, and created an enterprise onboarding portal that let IT teams self-serve their integration.
The outcome
Within 3 months of launch, Nomi closed 8 new enterprise contracts worth $2.1M in ARR. Their sales cycle shortened from 90 days to 45. The new API portal became a selling point in demos.
Stackr
How Stackr went from idea to $18K MRR in 60 days.
Stackr's founder had a clear vision and a waiting list — but no product. We took them from zero to a fully shipped SaaS in 8 weeks: auth, billing, a polished UI, and a public API. By day 60, they had $18K MRR.
8 weeks
from idea to production
1,200
signups in first 30 days
$18K
MRR at 60 days
The challenge
The founder had validated demand with a landing page and collected 800 email signups. But they had no technical co-founder and no existing codebase. They needed to ship fast before competitors noticed the gap — and they needed it to be production-quality, not a prototype.
Our approach
We used LaunchKit as the foundation to skip the boilerplate and focus on the product-specific logic. We ran weekly ship cycles — something working and deployed every Friday. Auth and billing were live by week 2. The core product feature shipped in week 5. The remaining 3 weeks were polish, performance, and onboarding.
The outcome
Stackr launched publicly in week 8 with 1,200 signups in the first 30 days. By day 60 they had $18K MRR and had raised a $500K pre-seed round using the product as their demo.
